Hello... Referrals. You get them for a lot of things: a good place to eat, a film worth seeing, a place to buy something with great service,etc. I would like to refer you to a consummate professional if you are looking for a Burlington REALTOR ®. We had originally planned on moving 5 years ago,and ended up postponing that decision. Lori kept in contact over that period, and when we decided we could do it, it came down to two choices. 1. Another real estate agent,who's commission charge was less,but wanted us to do more of our own work, i.e. host open houses,etc...,or, 2. Bring Lori back into the fold,and based on her presentation and overall feel,it was a no-brainer, and an easy decision made turned into the right choice,in two whole days !! It's not the standard, I believe,to sell so soon after listing and above asking price,we had a nice,clean home which showed well (and had utilized some of Lori's staging ideas). She brought an office-load of agents through,with clients,in two days,and it sold later that night,with three offers arriving, so while it may not be an everyday experience,as homes tend to take on average a month or so to sell,this was a fantastic pairing. Above-average presentation,great personality,professional and experienced help, plenty of contacts, whatever you would expect and hope for in a realtor, you get it with Lori and her team.
